Drove the 3 girls down to a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel club event for what was supposed to be super cheap CERF's. Oh well. At least it wasn't too expensive.
All 3 got "Normal" on their paperwork. Yay!! "Best eyes I've seen all day." Well, considering the only other breed there...
Poor Kayla. She's huge-normous. With 2 weeks to go give or take... I'll take pics and post later. She stands at the bottom of the stairs and looks at me as if to say: "I don't think I can do this much longer."

Congrats on the "Normals" :) How did you find out that there was a CERF table there? I saw there was a CERF table in ABQ, but I ended up being in such a hurry to get the heck out of dodge that I blanked on it on Sunday... maybe my head was fogged from the win too... so how do you find out where the CERF things will be??
There's a group list called DaynakinEventNotices on yahoo.
http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/DaynakinEventNotices/
They are primarily for Dane people but they list all kinds of events dog related in the PNW. I had actually overlooked this one but Kim K. forwarded it to me.
It was a lot less stressful than trying to work around a ringtime.
All Board Certified Veterinary Opthamologists do CERF exams. I went to the local eye guy. It was $35 -- pretty close to the Clinic cost -- and no juggling ring times.
It can be done for less. These were advertised for $17 each but it turned out they were charging $21.
Excellent news on the CERF front!
