Our guess is that she's 8 weeks as of Sunday. 63 days is the usual "due date". Temp is currently hovering around 100º. As soon as she drops I'll let everyone know to stay tuned.
I'll be happy if they stay in the oven another week. Puppies have a stronger chance and I just might get the whelping box built this weekend.
I moved her into the birthing room last night and we'll both be sleeping there for a while. Of course last night neither of slept much. She's having a terrible time getting comfortable. And I think she was having Braxton-Hicks there for a while. Poor thing. What have I done?
Kim Shira saw her yesterday, compared her to Crystal and guessed 6. Then added that Crystal is not as long a girl. I think Crystal is few days ahead of Kayla too. And every day is significant I've noticed.
No, probably not 9. Looks like a good 6 or 7 though. Maybe as many as 8 depending on how much longer they really have to cook. That's good, I don't wish anyone litters of more than 8.
My guess is lucky number 7! Give the girl lots of love from all of us here. Is she still eating? KW refused almost all food the last week of her pregnancy, however, Hannah, the piggy, ate the morning of her whelp, even with 10 wiggling monsters in there!

My original guess for due date was the 28th.
If they were born on the 27th they'd share a birthday with me--which I wouldn't mind in the least!

She is still eating. Slower than her normal wolfy self but she eats everything she is given.

Oh yay! More puppies to covet from afar (thank goodness!). Can't wait.
